Kat Geddes was a Research Fellow at Harvard Law School and Head Teaching Fellow for CopyrightX 2019. Prior to CopyrightX, Kat worked as a judicial clerk and a junior attorney in Sydney, Australia before completing graduate studies at Cambridge University and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Her legal scholarship has covered patent law and access to medicines, investor-state dispute settlements over intellectual property, and tribal sovereign immunity from inter partes review.
