Mitchell Santos Toledo is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation group of Sidley Austin LLP. He is a 2020 graduate of Harvard Law School and has been a CopyrightX teaching fellow since Spring 2019. Prior to HLS, Mitchell worked at an LA-based entertainment litigation firm with a focus on music and video game matters. Mitchell’s IP interests lie in patent reform based remedies to the overpricing of pharmaceuticals and the impact of AI on copyrights and patents.
