Bo is an associate in the New York office of Covington & Burling LLP, where he works on technology/IP transactions and general corporate matters. He graduated from Harvard Law School in 2021. During law school, he was a CopyrightX Teaching Fellow and worked at Covington and the New York City Law Department’s appellate litigation division. Prior to law school, he worked in health policy and studied art history and economics at Rice University.
